Mild Rattle or Ticking Sound Drivers Side Interior.

For me it was passenger side and it sounded like it was from inside the cabin - I’ll snap a pic later

Thanks. I have the same rattle. Thought it was the splash guard rattling in the wheel well, but wasn’t. My rattle is the same one in the video. Driving me crazy!!!! Sounds like it is from the B pillar right at ear level but might be deceiving. Wil check my front fender. We appreciate you posting a picture. I would prefer to fix myself than to have the dealership make it worse by tearing things apart.

Fixed my rattle!!!! I pulled off the door seal on the body of the truck, and there were little black clips that were rattling. I took a business card, ripped a piece off, folded it in Half and wedged it between the plastic clip and body of the truck. Problem solved.

I didn’t see anywhere easy way to access that black piece to be able to remove it. Any tips

Sure. Will snap a picture tomorrow after work. I actually took the folded business cards out and replaced it with the soft side of sticky Velcro. Velcro’d (if that’s a word) the sticky side on the plastic clip so the padded side would be touching the metal body of the truck in the driver side b pillar. Was silent on the way home with the paper shimmed behind the clip, so I imagine the Velcro will work as well. And will stay in place. Will follow tomorrow

It pulls straight out towards the windshield. It’s on there pretty tight. Jus snapped some pics for ya.

I think there’s 4 or 5 plastic fasteners. A trim removal tool is your friend. Then some careful maneuvering and you can pull it down out of the door. Push the door all the way open and then pull it back towards you to the first spot it sets in on its own. That will give a little more clearance between the door and the rest of the truck to pull that piece out.

Never mind. My rattle temporarily stopped but is back again if I push on the door panel upper left side right below the window it stops. Might have to remove the door panel and pad inside it

Looks like resolution was already reached and it was a different rattle - here’s where mine was (clip came undone - probably from power wash)

The air flow would cause this to flap and tap - I secured it and all solved
