285s should have been standard. On my trailhunter the 265s looked like racing bicycle tires. Now it fills up those fender flares nicely and looks proportional to how wide the truck is. 33” is still kinda small looking but it’s a good baseline. 35s would look killer.
My SR5 came with 245s… hahaha

I went 285/70/17 Wildpeak AT4’s on the stock Off-Road wheels and they fit without rubbing. Then went to a 17x8 +15 with the same 285/70/17’s and added a 1.25inch peak suspension spacer only in the front to level it out a bit while still maintaining about 3/4in of front rake. Still no rub at all with the new RRW’s.

I am currently rubbing on the front of the fender liner under load when turning. Did you do an alignment before putting the spacer? I'm currently on stock suspension

I have 285/70-17 Wildpeaks on my TRD-OR. Mounted to the factory rims. I had a 1/2" lift spacer in the front, and Dobinson 819V's in the rear with my camper. The truck sat at about factory height in the rear. You folks must not wheel your junk. I had some rubbing in the front on stuff with the wheels turned. Not much, but I did notice it.

The front spacers have been removed and replaced with Alldog springs. The 819V springs in the rear were replaced with 821V plus a 1/2" spacer. No pictures. Here is the before pic.

I have SCS Blaze 10 wheels that are only 22lb and standard load Falken 285/70/17s that are 53 pounds
What’s your MPG?

I have a 17lbs rim with ko3 load e which weigh about 61lbs. Currently getting 16 city and 22 highway.

I have been debating going down to c load if mpg is better.

What rims are that light? RRW? 78 pounds combined is really good. I’m only slightly under that at 75 or so. I’d say I am not far off what you’re getting in MPG. Maybe slightly better around town, like 18 or so. I would not go to C load just for a couple miles a gallon. I’d only do it for ride comfort, but that’s just my priorities. I think you’re set up super nicely for tackling gnarly off-road stuff while still getting good performance and gas mileage. In fact, you may have the perfect Goldilocks setup! I may copy you. I’d like the extra peace of mind of E loads.

I have Rays TE37XT. 18 mpg is what I was getting on my factory setup so I guess it matches up haha. I appreciate the input.

The TH comes lifted a bit if I’m not mistaken right. My stock OR set up is having a bit of ribbing issue when it comes to fender liner.

I’m looking on the website - where did you find the wheel weights?
