1) Is it wise to install the ECGS bushing during the Alldogs spring install?

I ask because if it is going to be a problem, then might as well do it while the truck is torn apart and be done one time.
Very good point! I saw Chloe Kuo's video about this. Now I'm looking to potentially replace the bearing also while my mechanic is doing the front springs.
Is the seal needed too?

FYI, I have Dobinson 821 rears already. The Alldogs will help level me out a bit.

The question is will the Icon cv drop work or is the ECGS coupler the only option?

Ah gotcha. Sorry. I'm interested to know too.
The CV drop looks easier to install.

Hi guys I want to prepare myself to replace the front springs with Alldogs as they are on the way. Has anyone seen a step by step video for this project. I am considering doing myself.

I haven't seen any step by step instructions or video, sorry.

I did want to followup and see if you found anything more on the Icon CV drop kit?

I asked R4T if there is issues with cv after Alldogs install, they said no.

Has anyone installed these springs by removing the upper control arm only? I think it would be much safer than messing around with the lower control arms and taking a chance of triggering the steering sensors that have been reported.

Well I’m thinking if they said yes to that question they probably wouldn’t sell many..just saying

You are correct about that and that's why if we get customer feedback here, it would be best measure for unbiased evaluation.

General rule that I am aware of is under 2" lift in front does not require better control arms, diff drop or any other concerns.

In my hands are the alldogs. I just have to figure out how to do it or get it done. These springs are not a joke.

Are you going to use the stock shocks? Are you doing anything in the rear?
