I just called to order it from the local dealer and they told me it’s still not available for SR5 and is on a stop sale. Not sure what the deal is.

I wonder if these springs will work with the factory offroad shocks

I must confess that I will probably take the plunge with the TRD kit only because I want to keep everything Toyota in my truck. The All-Dogs springs that I had added all the way around really rides fantastic. One member in the FB group was disappointed in the actual lift height after installing. I think my current Spring lift only would only be about 1/2" shorter max compared vs. the TRD kit.

I also drove a 2025 TRD Off-Road 6MT with the factory lift and I feel my truck rode better. Although not apples to apples comparison because I'm currently running 285/70/17 KO3's vs the stock tires on the 2025 factory lifted truck.

I just want to clarify please. If you currently have an Off-road without the factory lift, you will not need CV axles (Drive Shafts) because they are long enough. They are the same exact axles if you order your truck with the lift installed at the factory.
I proved this to myself by crawling under an Off-Road truck with and without the lift. Same tags and part numbers are on them. You can see by the attached images here that the only trucks that will need the CV axles (Drive Shafts) in the new lift kit are SR-5's & (1) Sport trim model. (35310 thru 35340). Folks with Off-Roads models and some Sport models will not need new CV axles
(35350 thru 35380). This is why they are not in the new kit.
Like you say this will make the kit a little cheaper to buy. Images curtsey of other members.

I too have KO3’s with the TRD lift like I mentioned before. I noticed an obvious difference in ride feel from the stocks to the KO3’s. Not bad or worse, just different. If have to say a little more rugged like a truck as opposed to a car feel with the stocks.
Here is my little dilemma I’ve been pondering. I know one mentioned this before maybe in this thread….Id like to add a 1/4” max top plate spacer to my front coilovers to level out my truck bringing the front end just a smidge. Ive done this to my previous 2nd and 3rd gens and it doesn’t compromise the suspension. The only one I’ve found has been through wescott. We’ll see, at some ppint ill give it a shot….

I apprentice all the feedback. I can stay I am learning a lot from this group.

Just FYI..... If anyone is interested in the TRD lift kit and have questions about the install there is going to be a video shortly from Ed Martin Toyota. Ryan their tech there is going to do the 4th Gen install just like he did with the Tundra. Keep a look out on their YouTube channel.
Video is up.

Guys -
Is there any advantage other than maybe cost of having the TRD Lift kit installed at the factory vs. dealer installed? Thanks

You dont pay for installation when it’s installed at the factory.

Assuming you meant don't pay the installation at the factory?
Dammit!!!!! Yes LOL. When installed by the factory you only pay for parts. I typed that message out in a hurry and got my words jumbled up in my head.
