I put some larger tires on the TH and I'm getting a bit of rubbing on the piece pictured at full wheel turn. It's behind the drivers side wheel. Any idea of there's a way to replace it with something smaller? I don't want to remove it completely because the electronics behind it would be exposed.

Title says new wheels, thread says new tires. Did you replace both? Different offset on wheels?

Both. Same offset. I'm not interested in opinions on that though. I'm asking what the part pictured is other than a guard for the wiring harness. Just making sure it's okay to move it.

For someone asking for help, you are a pretty rude dude. It all matters sir …. Wheel specs, tire specs, lift specs.
but in your preferred method of communication….. No, nobody makes a “smaller’ one of those. In fact nobody has ever said that part was an issue. You might want to check the crash plate instead but that’s just my “opinion”

I removed the bracket and re-routed the wire over the frame. See my build thread and another recent thread someone linked above.

The tire deflector is there for occupant safety. It helps the wheel/tire from entering the cabin during a frontal collision, especially an offset one.
