I think everyone’s sensitivity is different. I can certainly feel a slight vibration when switching from electric to gas motor. There is no clunk or thud but it’s a noticeable slight vibration.

Everyone that says it’s seamless are you saying you can’t tell if it’s in ice or electric except by hearing the engine turn on? There is absolutely no vibration felt when switching?

The only thing I "sense" is a slight pop from the engine exhaust.

It seems like there is something wrong with @vprftw90's truck. When my engine is cold I sometimes feel a slight shudder when the ICE first fires. But after that I can't feel anything, just the sound of the engine starting. One route into my neighborhood causes my truck to switch repeatedly from battery to ICE and it is always very smooth.

It might need to be checked out if @vprftw90 can find a dealer that cares enough to try to figure this out.

If your buttomiter decides a "test drive" of the same model reveals there is something rotten in transmission town, that will give the ammunition necessary to pursue this further. If it is a problem, that's , I would be very upset that a new '25 TRD Pro has an issue. The only other thing I can hypothesize is my OTT tune is smoothing things out?
