Snow Skiing Season - what mods have you added?

With ski season just around the corner, I want to hear from you snow sports Tacoma owners. What have you added to your truck or bring with you to make ski days better? I’m talking anything from racks to camping griddles to seating etc.

One idea I had was to install Molle panels on the sides and add some sort of hook to hold my skis and poles off my bed under my Tonneau cover.

I carry a shovel, we have year-round type 3PMSF tires on 3/4 of our vehicles, and I love my Fas-Top tonneau/topper combo. On the Fas-Top, it is nice to have the topper on occasion but also tonneau cover.

Winter tires and a Rubbermaid of sand and good to go. Running boards help keep the slush and salt off the side of the truck too.

Is adding a water bag to rear to improve weight/traction still a thing? Nobody has mentioned that, I had to use that with my 2010 Tacoma for traction.

Actually I forgot to mention to my reply, I do throw a Rubbermaid of sand in the back.

These are good ideas! I should figure out something for better rear traction, on top of my 3PMS tires.
