Installed the DV8 trailing arm skids this morning. The directions say "you may need to lightly tap the skid plate into place with a mallet." I can confirm I wasn't using the mallet "lightly." On one I used the floor jack to press it into place. I was glad to get these installed considering the abuse my trailing arms took on my Utah shake-down. These skids were not a want. They were a need.
