I have been researching Dash Cams and come across the Wefoka Dash Cam that a fellow member says he uses. Its the closest look to OEM which is a big selling point for me. Are there any more owners of this dash cam that can chime in? What is your take on this product.

This will be my first Dash Cam so I really don't know what is good and what is not. All I do know is that I'm not too big of a fan having some kind of suction cup.
Any help in making my decision easier is greatly appreciated.

I posted this same question on the TW site only to get more exposure.

First of all, it sure doesn't look like the Toyota camera, does it blend in? Yes.

Here's a good review of several:

I've had three cams over the years and like my VIOFO (with the Dongar adapter). And btw, I've never seen one with suction cups.

Thanks for the heads up.
I see they make one for the 6th Gen 4runner. Do they have one for us? Can I assume they are the same? Do you have one?
No. I have a Viofo with the Donger adapter for now. As soon as it goes out, I'll buy one. I'll end up hardwiring it because I want to use the parking mode. If you don't want the parking mode, it's just plug and play.

Fitcamx 4K is a much better package than what you are suggesting, at least aesthetically. at least the Fitcamx looks like an OE install instead of a clip onto the mirror looking unit.

From my understanding, the Donger Pro will turn a cam that does not have parking mode into one that will have the parking mode ability.

I'm not sure what you are referring to as a clip on to the mirror looking unit. It looks pretty OEMish to me. I did change the link in my first post to a better page. Check again and let me know what you think.

Yes, that link looks like it fits closer to the Fitcamx. The first one looked like it just clipped onto the mirror, but your second post looks like the trim around the mirror gets replaced with new trim and looks more integrated like the fircamx

I have this in my Tacoma and my other vehicles. Very happy with the quality and installed by a professional shop. I have the M7 camera. Several shops in my area recommended this brand and I have them for about 3yrs. I recommend you get one that has a rear camera also and not just front looking. I was debating the Toyota cameras, but was quoted a stupid high price to install it from my dealer and just had my local shop take it out of my 2019 Taco and reinstall it in my 2025 Taco.

I just installed a dash cam (not momento, one that is designed for bikes) on my motorcycle, seems like we are invisible at times to drivers and I felt the need to install it just in case anything ever happens.

I also have a VIOFO with a Dongar adapter and like it. I don't really see it from the driver's side, and I like having more flexibility on the dash cam choice.
