Alldogs Offroad Front Springs Installed!

I just had these springs installed on my 2024 Offroad Tacoma today at R4T and am very pleased with them. I also appreciated the responsive answer to my questions from Alldogsoffroad. These are from the new batch

I did not want to spend thousands of dollars on a new lift. I liked these because they allowed me to lift my truck without changing control arms or shocks.

Could you measure from ground to bottom of fender in both front and rear? And also comment on if you've added any weight to the truck (skid plates, sliders, etc.)?

I installed the front springs but still have stock in rear. Leaning toward also doing the rears. Right now I have about a 0.5" rake, but the rear squats a bit more than I'd like when towing my camping trailer, which doesn't have much tongue weight.

The reason people measure from the center hub or middle of the tire to the fender is to take tires out of the equation. I am running 33" tires which are bigger than stock

so if you take the measurements on that sheet and half of the tire size diameter, you get a good measurement from ground to fender

in my case it would be the after measurement +16.25"

Or you could take your measurement and add the delta between before and after. That would likely be more accurate as we likely have different setups

I can go and take the measurement later on if you need it, but it would meaningless unleess you have the exact setup of tires and armor. I am running sliders, skid plates and an ARB rear bumper

I installed these same front springs last night. Overall, very impressed after initial driving. I still have about a 0.5" rake with all-stock rear suspension.

The install was a bit more challenging than anticipated but we got it done.

Truck looks great . How does the front alignment work out with the Alldogs on the front?

I installed the Alldogs front springs on my TRD Off-Road this weekend. Initial measurements showed exactly 1.5” of lift, but after alignment and 100 miles of driving it has settled down to a 1” increase. Rides really well and I tend to agree that it’s a bit more plush. Was hoping for more lift, though.

So do you have any extra load on the truck or all stock except for the alldogs? What tires are you running?

Not sure how to answer that. I got an alignment afterwards and it was pretty far off pre-alignment. It’s fine now. Anything specific you’re looking for?

Extra load = 2 x Rival aluminum skid plates. Tires/wheels were still stock.

yeah, I forgot to ask about that. I was happy they were close before and after. Good observation

I am considering these for the front as I added weight from skid plates. I am interested in performance improvement on the road because that is what I mostly drive. Is it an absolute go or I need those fancy kings for $$$?

Got these springs for the same reason. I’d recommend them for your scenario as well. I’m doing the rears shortly.

I've been researching these Alldogs springs..I want to bring the front up but not quite leveling it..
I know the rake is 2 inches higher in back and these bring up the front 1.5 inches..
Im planning on not touching the back of the truck..
These seem more dependable than a spacer level kit...
I've got sliders and a skid plate and it's starting to feel a little low up front

Just purchased the All Dog rear coil springs - already have the fronts installed. Will update once I get the rears put in. Getting them to restore rake and also eliminate current sag when towing.
