Pulled this out of the tire

That left a huge hole! What do you do? Plug and patch or replace the tires? Doesn't look like a lot of tread life left on that tire, anyway.

I think that is stock tire and stock tires usually start out with less tread anyway.

Yes it’s stock tire. I plugged it but it still leaked a bit. The metal was actually inside the wheel so I took it into the tire shop and they said it’s irreparable.
