Oil filter wrench

I’m looking for a new filter wrench for the thimble of a filter on our trucks. My band-style is too big for this little guy, and I had a devil of a time getting the old filter off by hand. One I’m looking at is this style, but I need to know the diameter of the filter, so I get the correct one. This one is 64.3mm, which sounds right, but I’m unsure. Does anyone know? Thanks.

While I do not know if this one fits good enough, I've struggled with filter wrenches on-and-off. It it's on tight I've found the filter casing warps and then its even harder to get them off. A couple of years ago I bought the Workpro Oil Filter Wrench Set off Amazon ( https://amzn.to/4lPwE4F ) and am super happy with it. The larger wrench is what works on our filters, and you can get excellent leverage using it.

I have this for our ES and it worked for my 4th gen but the filter fits the “inner ring” since it’s such a tiny filter lol

I've had a Lisle 63600 for nearly a decade. I've yet to find a screw on filter it does't handle, including the Tacoma.

I’m liking all the suggestions everyone. I figured being so small, I’d need an exact fit, thankfully, looks like I was wrong.

I have this one in 64mm. Looks cool and works great. Also installed this oil drain valve in M12-1.25. Oil changes done in minutes. Also bought this flexible funnel and this 5qt 3-pack of oil which I thought was a great price ($71). All that and a drain pan and you're in business!

Works perfectly. The valve screws over top of the oil drain and has a protective metal cap. When changing oil, you remove the cap and screw in the drain tube. The oil will only begin to drain once the drain tube is fully screwed in, and you can even control the rate at which the oil drains (if you overfill and only need a few ounces out) by tightening/loosening the drain tube over the valve. Great little contraption. The video in the amazon ad demonstrates it well.

I didn't buy the optional bag, mostly because I had an oil pan, but I'm sure it would work even better as a set.

The hardest part of my oil changes is realigning the holes in the TRD skidplate while I'm laying underneath it . Thing is heavy.

My solution is to buy the k&n oil filter with the nut welded on the end. Socket and ratchet is all I need for my oil changes!
