Wheels and tires should be the very first mod and only mod if you can only do one. Sell your hardly used factory wheel and tires for $1,000 to recoup some of the cost and your golden.

Tires are definitely the biggest functional enhancement but i would hate the truck if I didn't disable the seat belt chime.
