I installed my halos to operate as brake/blinkers by wiring them into the 7pin harness. I also used this 7pin to wire the main white LED as reverse lights only. Easy to do, without the mess of the 3rd party harness.
Hmmm…basically just use the towing wiring ?

I do not have the factory AUX switches, but purchased the long lead for the dash switch and the short harness for the reverse light trigger. Where the heck do I plug in the long lead switch?
You may be confusing yourself... I will try to shed some light-

You can get the flush mount kit for either a truck WITH the ARB bumper or WITHOUT. Say a standard truck. In a standard truck. You must CUT holes for the lights and there is no wiring back there. So you need the long extension.

For one with the ARB bumper, there is a connector back there and a pig tail from Toyota.

In the description here, it explains the differences... look down through the description and it breaks down each option.

That said, if you ordered it with the full harness extension and you have the ARB bumper. You still have what you need. The only difference is. You will NOT plug in the Extension and you will instead plug in the add on connector to your factory supplied pig tail. It is shown in the BOTTOM 2 pages here on the instructions-

Hopefully this helps.

Do you see the ground where the black wire and ring are in the short harness? It unplugs and instead you plug in either the long harness extension OR the connector and pig tail.

Thanks John. I do have the ARB bumper and I purchased the lights, tail light adapter (that works great), short harness, and the long harness. I figured out that the long harness replaces the ground wire. Now I'm just trying to figure out the pass through to the dash switch. I appreciate your quick response. Hopefully I'll have these wired to before dark tonight!
