Anyone with a PRO or TH install ditch lights? I find that my light bar throws a ton of flood but wondering if anyone has significantly enhanced their light profile with ditch lights. I may take advantage of the sale this weekend at SPV.
Months back I installed white Rigid pod (ditch) lights, mounting brackets, and wiring harness all from SPV. The white is a near identical color to my Ice Cap colored Trailhunter. The ditch lights are wired to AUX 2. My profile photo shows from the outside and here's a cab photo looking out to the right. It was a very simple install. Since the Trailhunter (Rigid) light bar spreads straight out and then to the sides, I aimed the pod lights to start where the light bar ends. It is about a 175 degree lighted pathway. NOTE: it is a very tight fit opening the hood with the light on the snorkel side, so be very careful when opening. I actually turn the pod light facing inward.
We have the NEW 2025 Pig Tail adapters now IN STOCK.
We designed these so you can connect to EITHER switch they send back there. Or both. So if you just want your backlights on a second Aux switch, you can.
Quick note. Rigid is delayed again. As usual. We do have literally a handful of these SRL lights on hand for shipment immediately. But after that, it will be mid October before Rigid says they are on hand again.
Here is the full kit. Including the updated 25 Pig Tail harnesses.
