Agreed I’m no electronic guru by any means but with some help from SPV and figuring out that I had to get power to the switch from the engine compartment all was hooked up and working properly but it is #4 aux

Yeah it is confusing because I don't have a truck in front of me.

So is this one a power SOURCE? Or is it an INPUT for pass throughs somewhere else in the truck?

Because from my understanding THIS one was the POWER OUT from the Aux switches. Which is the Green wire (Aux 2) Black wire (Aux 1) and White wire (Aux 3) with the black/white striped wire the ground?

I believe the blue sheet connector plugs into the upper plug and supplies loads up front. These are already hot and have power. I think the green sheet connector plugs into the plug inside the cab, and should also be hot. You have to install the jumper harness in the engine bay to power the rear plug. That’s how my 25 Pro with 4 AUX switches should be anyways.

Yes you have to use the pigtail which connects by the washer fluid it is tight tough to get too to connect back wires to the switches

It took me forever to find the plugs, remove the caps, and install the pigtail jumper. Ugggh.

In installed the SPV Parts kit:

SPV Parts 2024 Up Toyota Tacoma (Flush Mount/ARB Bumper) Rigid SR-L Reverse Light Kit Plug N Play SRL

>
Specialty Performance PartsSKU: 53222TOYOPGT-TL-24

And the quality of their product is amazing. Absolutely wonderful. Their instructions and the harness have been changed slightly since the OP documented the install. SPV included a small card that had a QR code on it for the specific instructions page. That was a huge help.

The install went well and the lights work perfectly and look fantastic.

Are the Rigid SR-L lights back in stock? I just ordered my kit but failed to ask if they were even available!

Has anyone been able to use the SVP wire harness for the 2024 but instead of having the halo come on with parking lights it comes on instead as a brake/stop light? I’ve heard many here that the red halo is much brighter than the parking lights so I was thinking of ordering the set but maybe changing it to be brake lights

It’s not the way the SPV taillight adapter harness works. You’d have to manually move the wiring pin in the harness so the lights are triggered by the brake light wire instead of running light wire. The rigid halo lights are not excessively brighter than the taillights.

Like @wolfpackwest said, but also its more complex than that.

The tail lights have 4 wires...
Ground
Running
Reverse
Brake/Turn Signals

That means if you move the running light wire to the Brake/Turn wire.. it will flash on BOTH sides when you turn on ONE turn signal and not at ALL when you turn on the other.

So it would require 2 tail light adapters and each going direct to each light separately. This also eliminates the switch function unless (and we can) create a patch harness that combines both sides to one with diodes blocking backflow to both sides from each/brake/turn connection.
